Twinkle Little Star: A Musical Learning Game App Reviews

The new update has obnoxious "buy app" icons on sections that were once free. The pictures in the app store do not show these new icons, which is deceiving, as you think you are gaining new scenes when really they are being deleted fro you! My son can no longer play or touch the screen anywhere with out ending up in the app store! I refuse to buy the full version as this is just down right dirty and deceiving, especially fro a company creating "learning experiences" for children!!

I love what Tiger Stripes has done. My child loves these games. Thanks for making it free.

There are so many kids apps that are just books and lame scenes. This is an incredible app, there are so many layers, beautiful animations and totally interactive. All kids apps should strive for this quality, thank you and its amazing that this is free

My toddler loves these apps, Jack and Jill and Working on the Railroad are probably a little better but twinkle is just a fantastic kids app. Really cool how you can explore the different worlds in the bedroom!

My little one used to love this app, now its covered with Buy the app stars all over the page! She constantly hits them and goes off to the store! Not sure why the change, but change it back! If not, ill have no choice to delete it!

Screen is covered with banner ads and upgrade buttons. I only could see a few screens not nearly what was described. I can only think the paid version might be false advertising as well. Deleting!

My 2 & 1/2 year old loved all the tiger stripes games but recently they added stars all over the page that take the kids to the app store and she gets so frustrated because it used to be a screen with songs & games. Agree with other reviewer. Change it back or its a goner.

As mentioned in other reviews, this app was and still is one of my kids favorites. Unfortunately the newer versions are ad supported. I understand the developer is looking to make some money, but when I see ads for things like "Contract Zombie Killers" in an app for 2-5 year olds, thats when I have to call it quits. The developer has lost my respect and any potential of my purchasing the app.

Done thing cant hear nothing

This sounds like garbage. Theres a guy singing on a guitar and thats fine but then they lay an instrumental over it thats not even the same key. Not complimentary either, just pure clash. Its horrible to hear. I dont know anything about the functionality of the app because I cant get past the crappy soundtrack. The other high ratings are a testament to how little this matters to some people but my husband and I are both musicians and I refuse to let my kids get attached to garbage music like this. Come on, developers, get a clue.

Since its free, I got this one despite some of the reviews. I personally love the music, and my son loves it as well. its great for kids, and worth checking out

Why did I pay for the paid version when there is no benefit as far as my 2 yr old goes. I tried to buy it to get rid of the ads like any sensible app. Guess I wont buy anything else from this company.
